Pricing questions
Which mode is right for me?
Self suits shops that already keep their restock list in a shopping list app and want to compare whenever they like. Assisted suits shops that would rather send a list and get the orders back, without setting anything up.
How does the FULL30 offer work?
It is for Self, Full access. Quote FULL30 when we call to switch your shop on and we apply it to your account. Full access then costs £69.99 a month per shop instead of £99.99, for as long as you keep the subscription.
How is the Assisted fee worked out?
Per run, on the saving we find against buying the whole list from your usual supplier. Up to £500 saved, the run costs £50. Above £500, it costs 10% of the saving. So £350 saved costs £50, and £700 saved costs £70.
How fast is an Assisted run?
Within 4 hours of receiving your list, Monday to Friday, during working hours. A list sent in the evening or at the weekend comes back the next working day.
Do I pay more for a second shop?
On Self each shop has its own subscription at the same price. On Assisted you pay per run, whichever shop the list is for.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without. VAT at 20% is added to your invoice.
Is there a contract?
No. On Self, pay monthly or for a year up front with two months free, and stop whenever you like. On Assisted you only pay for the runs you ask for.
How do I pay?
By card, or by bank transfer if you prefer. You get a numbered invoice and receipt for every payment.
